Rating The product range is so attractive and fun. However I had a bad experience as I was promised some free labels with my purchase. I contacted customer service as I did not receive this and was advised the offer was not to be used in conjunction with any other offer ( I had used a seperate discount on australian baby card), this is all understandable but was not mention anywhere and it did also allow me to pick my labels allowing me to believe that I was really receiving this. Promising something that your customer did not even ask for and not delivering it is totally unacceptable and your conditions should be clearly stated. (Posted on 31/01/2016) - Excellent
