400g dark chocolate
400ml tin of condensed milk
50g unsalted butter
Microwave butter and condensed milk for 2 minutes, add chocolate and stir. Pour it all into a baking tray that has been lined with lightly oiled aluminium foil and refrigerate for 3 hours. Add a half teaspoon of vanilla and a pinch of salt to taste.
Sprinkle with crushed candy cane add red and green M&Ms or cranberries and pistachios to give it a Christmas touch. It’s also really yummy with marshmallows added with the chocolate and melted in.
