I woke up this morning excited to learn that there are only 80 sleeps left till Christmas! Almost there! Time for my usual series of Christmas-themed blogs to get us all in the mood for the silly season!
But after more careful consideration, and a warning from HR, I’ve decided to show relative restraint this year (well, till next week anyway – HA!). But luckily, as my children are all too happy to remind me, there’s Halloween coming up. The perfect time to polish up those pranks that you’ve shelved since after April Fool’s Day.
Check out some of these fun and generally easy-to-pull-off tricks courtesy of pranksters around the world who are far more inventive than me.
Warning: Know your audience, so try not to use these on your 95 year old granny or a kid who’s already too afraid of the dark to sleep in his own bed.

CHOCOLATE SURPRISE
The way I see it, this prank can only end well. Either your kids will like Brussels sprouts more, or chocolate less.

FAMILY PORTRAIT FACE SWAP
This prank is a particularly fun one to play on older relatives who aren’t aware of face swap technology. Swap out the current family photos on your walls with creepy face swap versions, and watch as Great Aunt Florence fumbles for an appropriate compliment.
